Filter by selection

Rather than sharing a report in its entirety, you can select certain items to appear in the published reports you share with others.

  1. Tap on a report to open it.

  2. Tap the three vertical dots in the top-right toolbar.

  3. Choose Share Items from the dropdown menu.

  4. Check the box to the left of the report items you want to share.

  5. Tap the share button in the top-right corner of the screen.

  6. You will see the User Selection filter enabled on the next screen.

  7. Tap Add (+) in the bottom-right corner to generate your filtered report.

  8. Share or download your filtered report.
