Change your password

Change your password from the account page or request a reset from the login page.

If you remember your password and want to change it

1. Log into your Report and Run account and click your user name at the top of the screen.

2. Choose Your Account from the drop-down menu.

   
3. Click Password.

   
4. Enter the requested password information and click Change my password.

   

If you forgot your password

1. Click the Can't Login link on the login screen.
2. Click Forgot your password?

   
3. Enter your email address and click Send me reset password instructions.

   
4. Follow the instructions sent to your email to finish resetting your password.
