# Create a text template

1. Tap the three horizontal lines in the top-left corner.

2. Tap **Text Templates**.

3. Tap **Add (+)** in the lower-right corner.

4. Type a title and description. The text you type in the *Description* field will become your template.&#x20;
5. The template will be available to use on any report text block or image description. You can adjust template availability by unchecking the boxes next to *Image* or *Text Block*.

6. Tap **Save** in the lower-right corner.&#x20;
