# Filter by selection

1. Tap on a report to open it.&#x20;
2. Tap the three vertical dots in the top-right toolbar.

3. Choose **Share Items** from the dropdown menu.&#x20;

4. Check the box to the left of the report items you want to share.

5. Tap the checkmark in the top-right corner of the screen. <br>

6. Tap **Add (+)** in the bottom-right corner.

7. You will see the *User Selection* filter enabled on the next screen. When you download or share your report, only the items you selected will be included.

8. Click the checkmark in the lower-right corner to finish generating your filtered report.&#x20;
