Filter by selection
Rather than sharing a report in its entirety, you can select certain items to appear in the published reports you share with others.
Tap on a report to open it.
Tap the three vertical dots in the top-right toolbar.
Choose Share Items from the dropdown menu.
Check the box to the left of the report items you want to share.
Tap the checkmark in the top-right corner of the screen.
Tap Add (+) in the bottom-right corner.
You will see the User Selection filter enabled on the next screen. When you download or share your report, only the items you selected will be included.
Click the checkmark in the lower-right corner to finish generating your filtered report.
