Document storage duration

Adjust how long a report is available to the people you share with.

Only archived documents count toward your account's storage image limit. You can set a default storage value in the report, folder or space properties.

You can only have 5 published reports that are not archived at a time. Delete any published reports and then delete them from the trash to continue generating reports.

1. Follow the basic report generation steps, but click the Document storage duration drop-down menu before creating the report.
2. Choose whether to Archive the report indefinitely, or store for 1 hour, 1 day, or 7 days.
3. Click Create.
