Upgrade/downgrade your monthly subscription
Upgrading your account lets you add more users and increase your image capacity. Downgrading your account removes users and reduces image capacity.
Click Current Subscription on the right side of your workspace.
Click Upgrade/Downgrade under Settings.
Scroll down to the Update Subscription section.
Use the up-down arrows to adjust the Quantity. This will change the maximum number of users and image capacity available on your account.
Choose your method of payment and complete the payment process.
Time is prorated based on the number of users. For example, if you have one month of credit with two users and you downgrade to one user, then you will have two months of credit.
If you would like to downgrade to fewer users than you currently have invited into your account, you will need to revoke any unused members before downgrading.
