# Add/edit description

1. Tap on a report to open it.
2. Tap on the item where you want to add or edit the description.

3. Tap the description field and type in new text.

4. Tap the back button in the upper-left corner to return to the main report screen.&#x20;

5. Your edited description text will appear below the item.&#x20;
