Set default storage duration

Set the default storage duration ahead of document generation by adjusting the properties.

Only archived documents count toward your account's storage image limit.

1. To set the default storage duration for all reports, open the work space and click Properties on the right side of the screen.

2. In the Default Document Storage Duration row, click the Archive value. (Archive is the default value. If it has been changed in the past, this value might read 1 hour, 1 day, or 1 week.)

3. Choose the desired duration from the drop-down menu.

4. Click Save.
